Before any equine is permitted to board you as a customer must have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated below.

No equine can travel without a valid and up to date passport.

Essex Equine Transport reserve the right to cancel transportation if the horse/pony is deemed a danger to our driver or to itself. Full payment as quoted will still apply in this instance.

If the horse/pony becomes unsettled during transit and we believe will become a danger to itself or other road users we reserve the right to call upon an emergency vet for sedation and all costs incurred will be the responsibility of the owner.

Any damages caused by the horse/pony whist in transit is the responsibility of the owner therefore we strongly recommend the horse/ pony is covered by its own insurance.

Essex Equine Transport will not be responsible for any loss financially to the customer for any entry fees for shows or likewise in the event of unforeseen delays ie traffic conditions, bad weather.

A non refundable deposit is required upon booking, the amount of which will be agreed upon when booking.

Any cancellation made up to 48 hours before the date of booking will be charged in full.

In the event Of the horse/pony failing to load the full amount agreed will still be payable in full.

Essex Equine Transport holds full public liability insurance, care custody and control and goods in transit insurances, we still do strongly recommend your own personal insurance as well as equine insurance for your animal as Essex Equine Transport will not be responsible for any loss injury or damages to yourself or animal whilst be handled or ridden by yourself.
