How does the booking process work?

Simply use the contact us button on our site, call, text, or email us with all necessary info about your journey. We will happily discuss all options available for your requirements and a small deposit secures your booking.

Do I need to be there to travel with the horse?

No not necessarily, we will happily transport without any owner present and frequently do.
All we require is that you inform us at the time of booking and have all the relevant paperwork & equipment ready with horse on the agreed collection date and time.

Do I have to load my own horse?

No a lot of owners are not experienced or confident to load their own horses so it’s not required for you to do this, however if you are a seasoned traveller we would be happy for you to load your own horse.

Does my horse need a passport to travel?

Yes this is mandatory for all bookings.
